Plan tiers
Section titled “Plan tiers”Model Match offers plans from $49/month to custom enterprise pricing. See the pricing page for the current lineup.
Usage limits
Section titled “Usage limits”Every plan can connect Model Match to Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP-compatible assistant, and call the Model Match API. Each plan carries a monthly usage allowance, measured in credits, that these requests draw on:
- Questions asked through Claude, ChatGPT, or another connected assistant
- Direct API calls
- Borrower Insights enrichment
Essentials includes more usage than Standard, and Premium includes 5x more usage than Standard. Exports of agents, loan officers, companies, branches, and offices never draw on the allowance.
Your allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle. You can see the current balance and this cycle’s usage under Settings → Billing → Usage, and add more at any time if you run out before the reset.
Billing cycles
Section titled “Billing cycles”- Monthly — billed on the day of the month you signed up
- Annual — billed yearly, with a 2-month discount vs. monthly
Switch between monthly and annual at any time from Settings → Billing.
Payment methods
Section titled “Payment methods”- Credit / debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
- ACH (US accounts, annual plans only)
Upgrading or downgrading
Section titled “Upgrading or downgrading”Changes take effect on the next billing cycle. Upgrades prorate against the current cycle; downgrades apply at renewal.
Canceling
Section titled “Canceling”Cancel from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. You keep access through the end of your current paid period.
Invoices & receipts
Section titled “Invoices & receipts”All past invoices live under Settings → Billing → History. PDF export is available for every invoice.
