Market Insights is Model Match’s core search and intelligence tool. Use it to find active real estate agents and loan officers by market, production volume, or custom criteria.
Running a search
Section titled “Running a search”The search bar accepts:
- Name — first, last, or full
- NMLS ID — for loan officers
- Territory — ZIP, city, county, or state
- Company — brokerage or lender
Filtering results
Section titled “Filtering results”Filters live in the left sidebar:
- Transaction volume (by year, quarter, or trailing 12 months)
- Unit count
- Loan type (conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, non-QM)
- Price band
- Company or brokerage
Filters stack — apply as many as you need. Saved filter combinations become reusable presets.
Saving a list
Section titled “Saving a list”Click Save to list on any result. Lists support:
- Shared access with teammates
- Alerts when list members’ activity changes
- Export to CSV or sync to your CRM
