Kirk Waldfogel

Chief Executive Officer

As CEO, Kirk sets vision and drives overall strategy for Model Match and was recently awarded a Top 10 Talent Management Solution Provider in 2018.

Kirk’s former companies were winners of VentureNet99, selected to participate in the UCLA Anderson School of Management Entrepreneur Program, and earned a Most Innovative Product Award at CES in 2003. Recently his accolades include winning 2014 CTIA Startup Lab, selected as 2014 Telcom Council of Silicon Valley Most Innovative Product, and winner of the 2014 CES AppNation Garage.

Kirk is also an avid pilot and a member of Angel Flights, a non-profit charitable organization of pilots. Kirk uses his airplane and time to provide free air transportation for those who have medical needs, are financially distressed, or in a time-critical, non-emergency situation due to their medical condition.

Drew Waterhouse

Chief Recruiting Officer

Drew has been a successful growth and development partner since 1996. He got his start within the technology industry placing highly skilled professionals who built infrastructure and desktop support platforms. In 2001 he used his headhunting skills to develop sales and leadership teams for a national retail mortgage banker. He was instrumental in growing, from the ground up, an in-house headhunting firm, as well as designing concierge and acclimation groups for two national lenders that accounted for organic growth and retention of the sales force and leadership team across the retail, wholesale and correspondent channels. Drew is a dynamic, inspirational and dedicated leader. Outside of his dedication to his partners and employees, he and his wife of 9 years live in San Clemente, CA with their son and daughter. He is actively involved in club auto racing and spending time with his family and friends.

Eric Levin

EVP of Client Development

Eric Levin has spent nearly 20 years supporting the strategic growth needs of clients within the Financial Services Industry as an external recruiting partner with an internal “value add” approach. In addition to founding along with his business partners both Hammerhouse and Model Match (software), he provides day to day support across all lines of company business. Eric has built and led teams of Account Managers and Recruiters heading up search efforts for numerous mortgage banking clients focusing on Executive Management as well as individual and group placements within Retail, Wholesale, and Correspondent Channels. Eric continues to utilize a hands on/client partnership approach that extend into on-site coaching and training, as well as authoring articles for various industry publications.

Thomas Seelbinder

Head of Customer Success

Thomas Seelbinder is a Customer Success leader with over a decade of experience with SaaS organizations in both the Telecom and Financial Services industries. Thomas is the Head of Customer Success at Model Match, a Talent Management Suite designed to help leaders in the mortgage space source and attract qualified talent, and manage their team with greater efficiency. He's developed Customer Advocacy initiatives from the ground-up and utilizes his passion for complex problem solving to drive success for his partners and promote a culture of advocacy.
