What info & metrics do you provide on a property?

That's a super important question. Today, we will provide Property Address, Primary and Co-Owner Full Name, Interest Rate, Loan Term, Equity Balance, Equity Percentage, LTV, Date Last Valuated, Sale Price Minimum and Maximum.

Do I need a Model Match account to access Borrower Insights?

Yes, you will need access to Model Match to access Borrower Insights. With that said, Borrower Insights is available on all of our packages including during a free trial.

What is the cost? What is a considered a "matched property"?

The cost per matched property is $1. Once you have your transactions selected we will show you the total estimated cost if we were to match 100% of the properties. A matched property is when we are able to locate at least a phone number or email address for the borrower.

Is there a minimum or maximum amount of properties that I can get details for?

Nope! There is no minimum or maximum. If you want details for a single property - you can do that. Have a couple thousand? You can do that too! We do offer volume discounts so contact our team so they can help you save money!

How many properties can I expect to receive details on? What's your average match rate?

As of today, our average property match rate is just over 97%! While there are various factors as to why we may be unable to match 100% of all properties, we have to admit that we get very close!
